Are we entitled to any assistance? Personal services entitle you to certain types of assistance. You'll need to contact the following organizations: CAF, APA (Allocation Personnalisée d'Autonomie), ARDH (Aide au Retour à Domicile après Hospitalisation).

What is the tax credit? The French government gives you a financial incentive that reduces the amount of your IS (income tax). For example, if you spend €90 on home maintenance, you will be reimbursed €45. Now you can pay half the amount directly on the bill. This means you don't have to wait until the end of the year to be reimbursed. At present, we're awaiting approval to offer you the tax credit.

When is payment due? If the service is a one-off, we accept payment before or after the intervention. On the other hand, if it's a subscription, payment can be made by direct debit, credit card or instant transfer. Checks are not accepted.

What does home cleaning include?

How much time do you spend on each job? We don't charge by the hour, but by the job. However, the number of hours will depend on the size of the space to be cleaned.

Do you have a maximum cleaning surface or car size?

Do you accept CESU? The Chèques Emploi Service Universels (CESU) you receive from your Works Council or your mutual insurance company are accepted by Logetcar. However, they must be pre-financed.
